Pergola & Patio Inspiration

Our backyard has a concrete patio, but I'm trying to find ways to make it more intimate and cozy.  I've mentioned before that I would like our garden to feel more lush and green, but also give us more privacy.  Right now our patio is right out in the open, and although I love being able to see such a wonderful 180 degree view of the Puget Sound, I would like to add a little intimacy to our patio. As a reminder, this is what we're working with now:

PSST - Have you discovered Pinterest yet? I am in love. It's an easy way to "pin" your favorite photos you find on the internet, and it saves not only the photo but the link where you found it.
